A palindromic number is the same forward and backward, such as 12321.

The first thought we getting at Workplus is “you’ve done something and now must undo it in reverse,” such as the 12 steps in AA where you make amends to those you have hurt.

That such a number continues to appear means you haven’t dealt with the situation yet.
