Oprah & Mental Health Questions - Is it a good combo?
We sure you heard about Oprah Winfrey's new show The Me You Can’t See.
Mental health and having good balance in life is must for effective entrepreneurship and leadership - so how we are acting about it, is important..
The Show has definitely two sides as an entertainment program, which divides people.
One side is caring for hidden, struggling mental conditions and depression, which is great.
And the other (which we do not get) - how does Prince Harry's media stunt supports his own vision trying to get away from public eye's attention, while he is continuously out for attention with his wife ..? Are his problems seem realistic to you, something that everyday people can relay too?
An article on RT suggests rather to take Tyler Durdon's ( #Fightclub -the movie) monologue - as a description for our current Pre-Post Covid general mental health - more shaped - more realistic.
Here is the Fighclub desciption - decide for your self:)

“Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy s**t we don’t need. We’re the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war... Our great depression is our lives. We’ve all been raised on television to believe that one day we’d all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won’t. We’re slowly learning that fact. And we’re very, very pissed off.”
